PHILOSOPHY

  1. “I SHOULD” DOESN’T EXIST: IF YOU WANT YOU CAN, IF YOU CAN YOU “MUST”
  2. TO GIVE UP IS NOT AN AVAILABLE OPTION
  3. LABOUR AND PAIN ARE YOUR ALLIES
  4. WHAT IS DIFFICULT TODAY WILL BE EASY TOMORROW
  5. NO OBSTACLE IS INSURMOUNTABLE

Do they look like being too hard principles?

Yes, they are hard because, in fitness as in life, nothing is given to you, no results come without hard work behind and “tricks” to get what you want more easily (you know what I mean … from miracle pills to anabolic bites …), in the end turn back as a boomerang against your physical and psychological health!

But they are also honest and logical principles!

Surely you will not get to anything if you go on complaining to yourself, if you feel unfit, ugly, always tired, without energy and depressed and YOU KNOW THAT YOU SHOULD CHANGE, that you should work on your body to give it streght and tone, to regain confidence in yourself but, day by day, you go on postponing, out of laziness, out of fear, making excuses that do not make sense even to your own eyes … This is why I tell you that if you can work on yourself, if you do not have particular physical problems that prevent it, then you have to do it! And, once you decide to do it, you must not be afraid, you must not give up in front of the first difficulties, you must have grit and constancy, never giving up, always keeping in mind your goals with the pride of keeping strong until the you reach them! You will sweat, you will get tired, you will feel the pain of the effort and the of DOMS after the training but … but such effort and pain are your friends because they teach you how to really “feel” your body and make you understand that you are working well, in the right direction. And, little by little, what seemed difficult, almost impossible, will become ever easier, more and more natural, because your body will respond to your will, your muscles, finally trained, will do things you never imagined you could do and, then, you will understand that, within the limits of human physiology, nothing is impossible and there are no obstacles that you can not overcome with perseverance and consistency!
